Going Scuba Diving
Want to Learn to Scuba Dive? We offer the most popular entry level diver course in the world PADI Open Water Diver for £299. You can also choose to do part of the course here and complete on holiday. Lots of people do and we offer the PADI Open Water Referral for £199. You'll find more details on here.
Before we take you in the water using scuba you must complete a self certification medical form to check that you don't have any health issues that would prevent you from taking part. Sometimes people need to check with a doctor that any issues identified don't prevent them from diving. Very occasionally a health condition will mean that scuba diving isn't for you.
Open Water training dives normally happen at Capernwray or Stoney Cove and sometimes when we're lucky enough to be away at the seaside. We've included some details of Capernwray and Stoney Cove so that if you are new to Scuba Diving you can get an idea of what an inland dive site looks like.
For the qualified scuba diver we offer dive trips around Britain. We welcome all qualified divers on our trips but we do ask that you dive safely and within your limits. We were lucky to have blue skies and calm seas when we dived the M2 and Aeolian Skye mid June and are hoping for similar conditions when we dive out of Plymouth in early August.
At the shop we have air to 300Bar and Enriched Air - click here for prices. We can also service your regulator offering a fast turnaround on most makes at competitive prices. This includes Oceanic and Atomic warranty servicing. Please have a look at the servicing and cylinder testing pages for prices.
If you want a flavour of different places than have a look at our dive trips and places page where people have recorded their impressions of diving in different parts of the world.

For those of you who already scuba dive we have air to 300 bar, enriched air, regulator servicing, suit repairs as well as shiny new bits of kit from Oceanic, Typhoon and Hydrotech to name a few.
